Refund Policy

At PuttACE™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any products you are not fully satisfied with.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Process

1. Please email us at tottenko@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at tottenko@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
